Job Summary

The Health Value Awards Program Manager will be responsible for managing the Health Care Value Awards at the World Health Care Congress in April of 2018.  http://www.healthvalueawards.com/

World Congress, in partnership with The Health Rosetta Institute and The Care Innovations Validation Institute, created the Health Value Awards to showcase health care organizations and programs that demonstrate measurably better and more transparent health outcomes, costs and safety than conventional care. The Award Ceremony will take place in front of 1,200 health care professionals and over 50 media groups at WHCC.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct in-depth, phone based interviews with senior executives to identify current market trends and challenges.
  • Prepare strategic research questionnaire and market research surveys.
  • Research new companies to nominate for the awards program.
  • Call and email awards nominees to help them understand the awards process.
  • Work with marketing to create emails to help increase awards submissions and nominations.
  • Create an on-site awards ceremony program guide.
  • Develop a marketing campaign to increase the number of awards submissions and nominations.
  • Attend WHCC as the coordinator and customer liaison for all Award Ceremony award recipients and attendees
  • Research, order and manage the inventory of physical Awards

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong interest in health care dynamics.
  • Superior phone research skills
  • Excellent communicator; Business writing proficiency 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Project management skills -  excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines
  • High energy and the ability to succeed amidst multiple deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
